Ordered a pizza it took an hour and a half to get it. When I called I was told it should have arrived and if I was sure it was not here but pizza was not here and not on my ring cameras. I was told their was nothing they could do for me because it was delivered. I walked my neighborhood and found it at my neighbors. I was told ok their is your solution no apology . The young man was not very willing to help no customer service skills at all. I was told his name was John and no manager was working when I asked to speak to one. Never had such bad service.

James the store manager was absolutely a blessing... His customer service skills are on point the Mount airy store is one of the cleanest stores I've ever been to.... The food was absolutely amazing cooked to perfection....

I've avoided dominos for decades. But their sauce is now different and delicious. Their thin crust is thin and crispy. Good coupons in the app. As all pizza lately, ridiculously overpriced otherwise.

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza, drove to the store to pick it up, was handed my order, got in my car and drove away. I did not open each box to confirm the order was correct, rather trusted the ordered was prepared correctly and what I was handed was correct. I drove all the way home, we each grabbed a slice of pizza only to find out I was handed a BBQ chicken pizza. I called the store and was actually told to bring back the incorrect pizza. I am disgusted by the handling of this situation. I was completely inconvenienced having to make the trip twice, and to have to return the wrong pizza after we've eaten off it has be seriously questioning the practices of this store. Was the intent to give it to another customer? What could you possibly do with a pizza that's already been opened and eaten from?

This is the worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. Two times and maybe more they have taken my pizza to another house. Watch meant they had to go make me two more pizzas to bring to me after they gave the ones I ordered to my neighbors. And then I ordered a large pizza at 7:06 PM And I didnât get it so I called them back at 8:15 PM and asked them where my pizza was And they said that it was in carry out when I specifically told the guy I wanted delivery and exactly where my house was. They had to make me another fresh pizza and I got it at 8:40 PM. They do not know how to take an order and they are very incompetent. I will never order from Domino again.

Ordered for delivery and the driver, Darius, hands me my food and then asked for a tip. I told him I tipped on the app, because I tipped him $5 for driving 3 miles. He said he could write it on the receipt, I told him no and that itâs illegal to do so, he then changed his attitude and said he wouldnât do that even though he just said it?? Store manager called my phone and said the driver told him I wanted to leave a tip. Not after the unprofessionalism of asking for a tip. Itâs not required to and I tipped on the app. We are consistent customers who order here a lot and always tip between $5-$12 for a 3 mile drive. Dominos Mount Airy needs to hire more professional people or train them better.
I have been ordering from the Domino's in Mt Airy, MD for 4 years and have had a perfect order every time. I love the price of Domino's pizza - it's affordable, reasonable and I can always find a coupon to use on the app. I know I can rely on this location for a timely, tasty meal with outstanding care and service from the team. Even the delivery drivers, who I don't often use, are quick and kind. Thank you Domino's! (P.S. They support my love of pineapple on pizza ?)

this is the WORST domino's I've ever received service from by far. I ordered my pizza well over an hour ago and I still don't have it. When I called and asked about it they said they "forgot about it" and wouldn't be sending me a new one. They didn't even reimburse me for a coupon or free pizza. They simply forgot to make my pizza and refused to make it, even though I was charged for it. NEVER come to this dominoes run by morons.

Once again missing items from a takeout order. Food sub par, because even paying extra for cheese or toppings it's always the minimal. And the advertised specials always cost more than listed. Always give them another chance but it's ridiculous with the better options in the area.

I order an embarrassing amount of dominoes. Being new to the area, I decided to try this location. I must say, this was the most disappointing Dominoes Iâve ever tried. My pizza tasted off, like maybe donât eat it off and the cheesy breadsticks also tasted pretty bad. Not sure what happened, but I wonât be ordering from this location again.
