Baskin always seems to be closed. When it is open, they charge extra for the whipped cream on the cappuccino blasts even though the picture shows it with whipped cream???????

I walked in to place an order and stood at the register for 10 minutes while the employees sat in the back and chatted with each other. The person upfront was walking back-and-forth and not once acknowledged that I was standing there. Never got to place an order. Absolute awful service.
