I walked in to place an order and stood at the register for 10 minutes while the employees sat in the back and chatted with each other. The person upfront was walking back-and-forth and not once acknowledged that I was standing there. Never got to place an order. Absolute awful service.

It seems like they put no effort in making your order correctly or your drinks correctly I ordered a strawberry refreshers it’s literally just water very disappointed I need to put a little bit of more effort into what we are paying for.

Of the 6 items ordered, they didn't have 3 of them. They offered substitutions and then forgot to supply one of the substitutes. I had to go back for it

The main problem is that the manager and some staff are rude, manager says no food looks at all like advertised pics i say thats false advertising, food should at least resemble pic on menu. Long story, just extremely sub par, i like the coffee but cant deal with the we dont care about quality or customers attitude. No wonder noone was inside when i had to walk in to return avacado toast that had nothing on it (like photo on menu) but green avacado spread that was literally ice cold, i think they bought it from dip section at grocery store and blended it to a shake type spread and froze it. Just walking in shop was something they seemed to dislike as if they were closed. Then very unfriendly manners, body posture, and tone... hard to describe maybe like middle school girls in an argument, lol... idk but i dont need the coffee bad enough to give them buisness.

Waited at counter 4 mins 6 to 8 people working focus only drive thru didnt say a word just left 00000 all across the board.

Their service is so slow it takes about half hour if you’re in line to get your drink or food and on top of that if you park and walk in, they forget about your mobile order and take forever as well. They need to be a little more organized someone on mobile orders and someone walk-in orders and someone on drive-through orders they have enough business to do it.
