On our last 2 visits our burgers were awful...they were dry, nearly burnt, and the cheese slices were not at all melted. They were busy with customers both times, but that shouldn't interfere with the quality of the food. Five Guys is/WAS our go to place for fast food burgers. And might I add, Five Guys is pricier than other fast food establishments, but that didn't matter because Five Guys burgers are/WERE tastier. Very disappointed.

Expensive as always for what you get but still delicious. Service was fast and fries were the generous portion that you expect but I haven't been receiving as of late.
This is by far the best 5 Guys. The staff is super professional and friendly. The place is SUPER clean and always has staff out cleaning. Which is no small task with all the peanut shells. Good is good, yea it’s expensive but what isn’t these days. Everything they can control they do with excellence and care. Keep it up! Whoever manages this facility should be recognized by higher ups
