Sandwiches are fine but service is horrible it seems to be everytime I go in here I get unneeded attitude from the girls working there answer anything I say with sass and sometimes just out right cut me off to ask if I want it mikes way before I’m even done talking I would definitely eat here more if I didn’t have to get attitude everytime I wanted lunch. Not to mention they are always so aggressive. Two girls were working during the evening and I witnessed them both picking up the jalepenos and relish and smelling it, definitely something you don’t want to do with customers watching you.

We pre ordered and paid for a party box of 4 giant subs and one extra for my daughter’s birthday party, almost $100 worth. I requested a 10:15 pick up but when I got to the store the staff member told me they had no record of the order. She checked in the system via my confirmation number but still no sign of it. She then called the manager on the phone, who also couldn’t locate it. She told me the only option was for me to order with her and pay again; not mentioning any kind of refund. I wasn’t too happy with that but she said I either pay again or leave the store. She was reluctant to honor a 10% discount I had for the first order. She asked me for the promo code but it was on a business card that I had discarded. Once I paid, the same staff member tried to communicate the order to another employee who attempted to make it. Her instructions were not clear and he got confused - so I stepped in to guide him through the making of the 5 subs. As I was doing this she tried to hand her phone to me so I could speak with the manager - but I refused, as I was trying to make sure the guy making my order was getting it right. I eventually left the store at 10:45 so was late for the start of the party. Very disappointing.
I always get the number 17, cheese steak. Unless you go to Philly and get a real cheese steak, Jersey Mike's is the next best thing. I get it with just onions and it is always a juicy sandwich and the bread is fresh. I have never been disappointed. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, it is usually quiet and there are plenty of tables to eat at.
