Horrible customer service by "acting" manager "Pam". Saw what I wanted on-line (Chocolate Covered Strawberry) smoothie. Pam was very rude and would not make my drink - said that it is only available online. After we had to listen to her rude mouth, another employee said that he would make it. This is the worse excuse for customer service that I have ever experienced. Pam needs some additional training in how to treat customers.
