To the owners- you created your own Shangri-La and you're sharing with us. Thanks a bajillion! The snowballs are fantastic, my spearmint with marshmallow topping was off the hook. The wife had a sugar free rainbow and loved it. We enjoyed walking around too. We sat a spell at the pond on that swinging bench. Enjoy the peace when you come out! Plenty for the kids and adults to do. Cornhole, swingsets, trails, and more. You GOTTA come check this place out. It's worth the trip... About 20 min from Frederick.

We visited this beautiful little spot the other day, because Google said it was open 4-8pm... When we arrived, we sadly noticed the stand was closed. Shortly after, some very friendly dogs and a nice lovely lady came out to greet us and let us know they were currently closed for the season. That she's been trying to update the profile on Google, but it won't change for some reason. They are temporarily closed until Spring of 2026.. Hope this helps anyone looking to make the trip out there like we did haha, can't wait to come back when they re-open!!

I had not heard of this place until recently. I went with a group of friends and my son. We all really were impressed with this place. The hospitality of the owners was incredible. We all had a great time walking the property while enjoying a bit of a “snowball” - we will be back!

a local place called Bogg Shack Snowball stand (in the middle of the woods, outside Frederick, MD, where this family developed their property, so that visitors can come, relax, take a walk around their pond, play outdoor games already put there for their use)( ie. Cornhole, volleyball net, tree swing; my husband and I sat in the shade, eating Hawaiian ice on a sunny, 80ish day, watching a bunch of kids running from one thing to another, like they were SO overwhelmed by so much to do; In the midst of this, beautiful hanging plants around a large, wood pavillion, with a brick 🔥 fireplace ( I guess for those real cold days, before the snowball stand goes on hold until spring)

Fun experience.

Great little stand. Many flavors. Lots of open area to enjoy it. And few games to be played there including corhole. Will be returning for sure.

Over crowded no parking way far out we turned around and barely could do that and left also not really visible from road at all and waste of time

This was a truly one of a kind places. Snowballs are just a small part of the experience. I almost felt like we were in a movie set at this very rural location. Cool spot for kids

I brought my Grandson here today and it’s definitely a hidden lil gem. If you leave without getting a snow cone, you defeated one of the main purposes for going. The price is reasonable and it has a nice variety of flavors to choose from. I most definitely plan to go back before they close for the season

As others have already mentioned this place is definitely a hidden gem. Very family friendly and pet friendly place. There’s a couple of small trails you can check out with the little ones and lots of areas for them to check out and play in. Their snowballs are delicious! We will be coming back for sure!
