The food is amazing! The cheese grits and waffles were my favorite! The staff were very friendly. I absolutely will be back here. Highly recommend!

This is a chill place nothing extra just a get ya food and eat in or out. They package it for you to go but you’re welcome to stay. I’m from CT . I came here with the Hubby for my bday getaway and I said let me try this place. I love the food you get big portions and the prices are alright and the people are lovely..

I thought this was one of those diamond in the rough places based on the high reviews but it’s just rough. The food has a home cooked taste and texture but if the home was cold and unfeeling. The blueberry pancakes were uninspiring and the scrapple was dry and tough.Prices are okay though. The table I sat at was not wiped down and the bench was uneven so every time I moved it rocked. The service was unremarkable but not atrocious. The employees are very close with their regulars.

Omelette was Awesome, but why charge a extra $1 for each ingredient like onions, green peppers and cheese, cause without those it's just a folded egg ?

Everything was great the food the people a local gem!
Love love love the people here and the food is so good. I love the chicken and waffles. Just the Atmosphere is not the best. They have seats to sit. But it's cold there and just not inviting to stay. Must eat from here, just get the food to go. ?

I frequent the pancake House and La Plata Maryland which closed down about 10 to 15 years ago. It was open for about 40 to 50 years. I never knew there was one in the DC area. Food is pretty

Sooooo good. So surprisingly good. Despite being hood adjacent. Open early af. Them eggs I be dreaming about. Also had the pancake, chicken wings and hash browns. We sat inside and if you're looking for a hole in the wall diner--this is worse. Which means the food is good lol
