At first I thought it was a mistake but they allowed this to be delivered, its supposed to look flat and pie-like but its just a bunch of crumbles.. I also ordered the chicken parmesean bites and the marinara sauce was spilled everywhere.

Don’t order here you will never get your pizza!I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM and at 9:20PM, I noticed a car pull up to my apartment. The driver got out, came into the building and ran back out and jumped in the car and left. I ran to the door to see if they just left pizza at the door, but when I opened it, there wasn’t any pizza. I called them to make sure they were on the way. They told me that, that delivery was someone else’s and ours has not left yet. 9:47PM came around and I called again, they informed me that my pizza is on its way. What? 10:00PM and the pizza is still not here!!! We called them again and they told us “ your pizza has already been delivered” then they quickly give us an excuse, “ we’re sorry would you like a refund” and after talking to them, and explaining what happened, this excuse came up… “ Actually, we are closed right now” that’s why we’re offering you a refund. Then had to nerve to offer us a credit! We opted for the refund and no credit.We will not be ordering here again at this location!

Sometimes a Chef just wants pizza! I have called and called to place an order. I was placed on hold twice by the same man. I don't live in this area and am saddened at the way the staff at this location treat customers. I am getting ready to drive there directly to place my order. When I arrived I showed all the staff my call log. They didn't even offer me a small discount. PAPA JOHNS CORPORATE office needs to pay this location a visit AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Called in pizza order on 11/12/22. Gave instructions for driver to call when in drive way. No call. Happen to see tail lights in driveway and headed to door but before I got there, driver rang doorbell and placed pizza on ground in front of door. I informed driver it's unacceptable to place food on ground like that, those were not my instructions. He showed instructions on his phone "leave at door." Called, complained to manager who stated there was no record of my order, I must have called another store. Wrong -- same number previously used, saved in phone. No complaint with pizza. May try another store before totalling saying good-bye to Papa Johns.

My pizza was practically burnt I called the store spoke to the manager to fix it. He could essentially care less I was shocked. I rather drive further to the fairway or lake arbor location than give my money away to this location.
