Food tasted a little funny and I felt was slightly overpriced. We ordered an appetizer, 3 main courses and 4 drinks and it came out to almost $100.

Bad service, I called to pick up and they told me 25 to 30 minutes, then 30 minutes later I arrived at the paid restaurant and waited in total for more than an hour and they never called me, I went up to ask and my food was already cold. and he still tells me that if they make me a new one, why am I going to wait another hour? Good people! Amazing food. They just forgot 3/4th of my order. Ordered two tamales and two pupusas and only got one. Called them and they would not work with me.

I just left the establishment and I was very disappointed. Something happened to me that had never happened to me in this restaurant. I placed my order by phone so I could get there to pick it up, everything was normal, but when I got to the restaurant I asked for my order and I checked the bag and I saw that they had given me a small bag of cabbage, they charged me and gave me the drinks I ordered and then I told the boy that if he gave me a little more cabbage that they would have given me a little (my order was 4 pupusas) and the boy told me that that was the portion of cabbage that they normally gave for an order (so if I order 20 pupusas they will only give me a small bag of cabbage?) and then I answered him and took out the bag of cabbage and I showed it to him and I told him do you think this is for 4 pupusas, and he answered me today everything is expensive and stop again if you ask for extra cabbage we will charge you for it (I have no problem with paying extra cabbage and besides, who does the owner of the restaurant believe to say that everything is expensive, perhaps? ) and then he told me this time we are going to give it to him but another time we are going to charge him and I grabbed the bag with my order and left.

I came to La familiar every time with my friends and tonight we received a bad service starting with the server then I ask for Mariscos soup with cream and it was with no flavor no taste and without concha and cream it was empty inside of the mussels , then my friend ask for Sopa de rez and was with no flavor too and the beef was old and hard so I hope you guys gonna fix the situation

I have been twice. I am always helped very quickly by this one long haired gentleman. The food is always good and he makes sure that my order is correct, I don't eat cheese as it me sick so it is nice when a place takes it seriously. Also I got suggested to have Kolashanpan, a soda of El Salvador and I enjoyed it very much. The good food and the good customer service will keep me returning!
