Either the they give the order wrong or taste bad (coffee). The coffee mostly of the times is bitter, plus the person who makes the order always gives wrong items or one of the items is missing. I pay for the food and it’s not free so I expect at least the drinks taste good.

Generally speaking, my orders are mobile orders. While traveling to my new job, I placed my first order at this location, and the first experience was not so good as they were understaffed and the order took forever but should be expected. A couple of subsequent orders were properly executed. Just as my assessment was about to change, they messed up my fourth order by it not being hot nor the topping added, which had been evident under the lid. I was pressing for time and was able to add some minutes to the trip, but I ended up being late since I returned to the location to have them remake it. I know Starbucks processes since I have worked at one, and unfortunately, it's the human element for both occasions, has been the main cause.

Waited over 15 minutes to get my drinks. Not only did they take too long when I got my iced matcha the powder was mixed horribly I kept drinking straight up powder which is not good. Had too throw it out. The frozen drink I got was basically just watered shaved ice. Besides that at least the staff was really nice. Wouldn’t go back tho.

All the gentlemen there were very friendly The one with the dreadlocks remade my drink when I ordered the wrong thing They are so nice and helpful I like all three gentlemen there. If I had a way to tip I would have tipped... Only thing is homeless looking woman coughing a lot made me uncomfortable... She may be sick but what can they do about that .. nothing or they will be called racist ... Anyways there were three gentlemen when I was working to Hispanic and one black they're all very friendly. The black one is so patient Jay is his nameParking: Parking is close enough it's raining so I'm glad the parking wasn't too far

10am, the drink is good the brownie is warm, the barista was friendly. The wait time was 7 minutes before we could order.

Difficult to navigate here. Placed a mobile order and went to the drive-through to pick up my favorite drink, Cinnamon dulce latte. I got there 10 minutes after placing the order. The line wasn't super long but still moved slowly. My drink was ok. I don't see myself coming back to this location anytime soon. I just happened to be in the area.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich without sausage and a pastry.The food showed up via Uber, the delivery was fine, I place no blame on the driver whatsoever.The sandwich however, it smelled so strong of sausage that I was not able to finish it, it was disgusting! You would think with the prices they charge, they could at a minimum make a fresh sandwich?! But no, just rip the sausage off and hope it is not noticeable.Now, on to the pastry - it actually was sent to me with a sticker that clearly states that it was to be Discarded TODAY!! Mmmm Yummy!!Back to ordering from some other food service! Complete fail!
