Server "Idris" (the name she gave me because she was not wearing a name tag) was VERY RUDE during my visit. She took it upon herself to toast my sandwich and when I told her I wanted it cold, she became VERY Confrontational! She needs to be reprimanded and retrained on proper customer service etiquette. I'm a weekly customer that will go elsewhere if I have to continue dealing with her bad attitude in the future.....

I was reading the other day just how large this chain is. And how it lost its mojo. If l had to choose between Subway and say Mike's, it would be Mike's. Well l have to say at least for the cold cut subs, Subway has stepped up! I have tried both and each one. Is quite good. No I haven't tried the other subs in their new, so-called Subway series, so I really can't talk about those but the Italian subs certainly have improved. Also, I noticed they have re-decorated stores which are now quite inviting. I'm don't eat my sandwiches in a sub shop but I suppose, if I had to Subway's new decor, would make it a lot easier. As I've mentioned, I really can't say about their other subs. In fact, with the old Subway I rarely bought those subs. The so-called steak and cheese frightens me and I'm not a big chicken fan when it comes to subs.

Food was fine, but for some reason it seemed like the staff here didn't know what they were doing. Placed an order 25 minutes in advance and they didn't have it ready, and they seemed somewhat confused about what's going on.

very unpleasant lady was rude and unaccomadative to our vegetarian need tried to drop meat in our food she seemed to fine when dealing with Spanish speaking customers only went because other place was closed food wasn't that good vibe seemed off frm start wouldn't go again
