First of all don’t go here, it took 46mins to get my food that of course I did not want anymore. After about 36 mins of me asking them what’s taking so long to get my food they STARTED to prepare it so it took them another 15 mins to get it out. Every surface in that place was STICKY even the wrapped forks were sticky. The place was disgusting and the service was HORRENDOUS. This is my first time at a Wingstop and it is most definitely my last. I get faster service at a Buffalo Wild Wings than here.

The potatoes had too much salt but what I didn't like was that I asked for change to leave tips and the cashier was very angry and looked at me badly, how ugly I don't recommend this

2 stars because I might return.I experienced a micromanaging manager at her finest.Lobby full of customers and maybe 20 bags sitting ready to be handed out.Crickets.Meanwhile, my break is coming to an end at a high volume shopping center ...this manager is at the end of the line of the cooks not producing.I hate to have to write this but it is nessacery.I was NOT impressed.In addition to all this , she wanted to be the cashier too.And I want to also mention that there were more than enough workers willing to hand bags out, but were stopped by a micromanager.Side note , My Voodoo fries were 1 star because they sat so long, thanks manager

With Super Bowl Sunday coming up, we decided to PRE ORDER our food, so we can pick up and get back home. I placed my order on Saturday before the Super Bowl, they took my money SATURDAY when I placed my order. Sunday my order was supposed to be picked up at 6pm. We got there a little after 6, for them to have NO RECORD of my order or the fact that they took my money for that order… this location never has to worry about me ordering from them again, because here it is 7pm and still no food for Super Bowl Sunday.

This has to be the worst Wingstop in the state of Maryland. All of the workers have an attitude. I waited an hour and forty five minutes for my food because I placed an order online. As im waiting for my food one of the cooks in the back looks at the large waiting customers out front and loudly says, " I dont care that they're looking back here I'll finish when I'm finish" then proceeds to walk out and get on herphone. Leaving 1 worker there to do everything. Majority of us hadn't even placed an order. The sanitation is abhorrent and I will be contacting the health department . The beverage area is sticky, unorganized, dried brown soda spilled all over. Not to mention, the roach I saw on the floor by the dining area. When I finally received my food it was cold as I had to microwave it when I arrived home. Im pissed and will enever do business here again.. Save yourself time and drive 20 minutes to Hyattsville and go to their other location.its a much better experience. The workers actually greet you, are pleasant and your food is hot upon receiving . The New Carrollton location should be closed indefinitely !

I just left Wingstop in new Carrollton, Maryland and boy was the service horrible. The manager Cam was very rude. He left me standing there at the register ignoring me for a whole five minutes even when I asked him nicely to take my order He wouldn’t even make eye contact . He was more interested in running his receipt tickets instead of tending to his customers. I refused to spend my money in an establishment that doesn’t respect your customers. So I just left.

I was little worried about the angry old lady reviews but she was very nice to me. Placed a double order of wings and fries. I qualified for a promotion while in store and was gifted a six piece boneless wings.The wings I ordered were decent but the fries had a sweet taste to them that wasn't nasty just a bit awkward. For the six piece boneless I ordered the maple siracha and they were way to sweet; tasted like they were saturated in pancake syrup.Overall, I would try this establishment again and please everyone be nice to the lady and maybe she'll do the same in return.
Ordered garlic Parmesan wings… got plain wings. Called the store and was put on hold

Had voodoo fries "soaking" in cheese sauce.. couldn't eat all of that. Has an aftertaste as well. Nice fries though and generous amount, good price .maybe I'll try a different fries next time.

Food is usally good , this time Fries was cold and they was full of season like they dump the whole season on it... chicken was not fully cook i had to put in the airfryer ... $30 wasted ~ didnt feel like cooking.. thats why we order out! Disappointed!!!
