Cashier acted like it was a burden to serve customers. She walking around simultaneously handling food and money. Cooks in the back were not wearing gloves. One was shuffling between pulling his phone out of his pocket, using said phone, and handling food simultaneously without washing hands between. Then he proceeds to put his hands directly into the food containers. Unprofessional and unsanitary. I was only passing through, so not much to be done about it after the fact.
The food and service were excellent. They just happened to be cleaning a spill by another customer, however, the atmosphere was very cordial and upbeat. Glad I chanced to try them and will be a return customer
Last night I decided to take a trip to Wingstop to the New Carrollton location. Everytime I go there I’m treated with great vibes and attentiveness. Tae was so nice to help and was a wonderful host. He did great getting the orders out and responding to everyone waiting in the lobby. My food only took about 10 minutes to get to me and it was hot, fresh and juicy. Im addicted to the ranch and seasoning on the fries. I will be back soon and can’t wait to see this great staff...
