I live in new market so I visit this store 2 to 3 to mes monthly, this is the first time to get such meal! I ordered 12 peaces family meal and 10 out of the 12 peaces I ordered are small wings and drumsticks
I paid cash and I did not get a receipt!!
One wing has feathers !!
I am not sure what is going on !!

No one here cares. I come here because I have young kids and there is a drive thru. Don’t do the drive thru unless you go check the whole order before you leave. They are going to mess something up, guaranteed. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten an order 100% correct.

If your order comes with sauce, check it before leaving, because they’re going to forget it.

If there is a picky eater in your family who can’t stand pickles, check it before you drive away, because there will definitely always be pickles.

This Popeyes location had just opened near lunch time. The food was fresh, hot and very good. Plus the young man at the drive-thru was courteous with great customer service

I stopped going to that Popeyes because of the poor Customer service. The Man at the window was just rude for no reason and just tried to push me through when I had questions. You can tell he didn’t want to be there and the result found it all that was dry chicken. Never again!

Mount Airy Popeyes #12103 is the best ….. servers are always courteous, the restaurant and restrooms are always clean …….and the chicken and sides are always cooked to perfection ….. the managers stay on top of everything ….. and all the workers exhibit pride in all they do…….IT IS A PLEASURE to eat-in or Carryout from this location

Tried Popeyes Chicken and it didn’t disappoint. The chicken was hot, crispy, and well seasoned, and the sides were fresh. Service was quick and the order was accurate. If you’re in the mood for flavorful fried chicken, this is a solid choice.

On 11-21-25 at 12:30 we brought our wonderful LFI class for lunch and were treated lovely with lots of kindness and understanding. It was very appreciated.

You need to inspect your bag of food before you leave. They will always forget sauces with your order. Just got back to my house and my 6 piece bone-in wings order was wrong. Only 1 wing was bone-in and the other 5 were extremely small pieces of boneless wings.

Went thru the drive thru today and ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches. Opened the bag after getting back on the interstate and found that both sandwiches were spicy which we cannot eat. What a waste.
Owner: your copied and pasted reply is meaningless. A decent reply would have been to make it right!
