The staff was very accomodating. Answered the phone before the store opened and took my order. Employee offered to take my order to the car, opened doors for me!

If I could have given a zero I would have. Couldn't take my order at all repeated 3 times. Out of blackened ranch everytime.
And every car in the drive though is 10 or more minutes if you want fast food do not go here. Quality of the food was ok but 10000% not worth the hassle! And f me the prices are through the roof. I knew exactly what I wanted I have studied the menu many times. These people had no idea what I wanted asked 3 times and still messed it up.

This isn't the businesses fault but they feel sort of out of the way from the rest of the area to me so they seemingly get less traffic going. Which is a real shame as this place has always dropped the hottest, freshest chicken Sammy's at a drive thru in my area!.
And the fries are always busting out of the box! I'd say the only reason the food here doesn't get all the stars is because the shrimp can sometimes be a pretty lower quality addition to your meal. If they used the fatter shrimp they had early in the year for that seasonal seafood deal they're shrimp box would be a sweep!!!
While I'm on that. It was criminal to remove the high quality shrimp meal from the menu this year!

Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly certain it has a ramped sidewalk for wheelchair access! But I'm a drive through guy!

Ordered three meals for carry out. The chicken was so tough it wasn't edible. It was like the chicken sat under the warmer all day & got thrown back into the fryer before being served. My iced tea was so hot, all the ice melted and it was still very warm 20 minutes later, missing condiments, utensils, & straws.
Everytime I go my order is messed up - usually missing items from my order. This time the food was horrible. I know it's fast food, but it was just rubber chicken. Too much money for crappy food - almost $50 for three orders - should at least be edible and the order shouldn't be missing anything.
Won't be back to this location for awhile.

Stopped by Popeyes Fried Chicken on a return road trip. This location was very clean and extremely pleasant staff. Ordered 3 piece spicy combo. Chicken had great flavor.

Popeyes' new wings are fantastic. But you have to eat them quickly because if you leave them in the box too long they'll get steamed and the crispiness will be completely gone. The crispiness is what makes them so delicious too. That, and the sauces are very tasty.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered an 8 piece family meal. I noticed I was overcharged when paying for my food. I inquired with the drive-thru cashier and he said the amount was correct. I drove around the parking lot and verified the menu and confirmed I was overcharged. I went inside the establishment, in a peaceful and calm manner, and asked the cashier to verify the order. Suddenly, Dexter, the manager, walked from the kitchen in an aggressive tone and said, “what’s going on man.” I stated my inquiry, to which he accused me of complaining, impatient, and that I had not verified my order. Make the story short, I was right! They over charged me and Dexter (Manager) had to walk back his rude comments. Dexter, you need to take further management and customer service training. You can’t be treating people like that. You should be leading by example.
