Captain Billy's Crab House

The seafood was excellent, the lump crab and blackened rock fish was delicious. The view of the Patomac is a perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner.

Was in town for a weekend trip and happened across this place. Looking for a local place near the water with seafood - Captain Billy's to the rescue. Great seafood...local flavor...on the water...perfect cocktails...and seasoned waitstaff that's efficient with a smile. We loved this place and you will too.

Good food and great service!

Drove an hour to have dinner there with my family to celebrate Father’s Day. The waitress Gilly was very sweet and attentive; however, it took forever for the broiled and fried foods to come from the kitchen. Believe it or not, it wasn’t extremely crowded so we were a bit surprised by the long wait. Once all the food came out, I have to say, it was worth the wait. I ordered the Waterman’s platter and it came with half dozen blue crabs, crab legs and shrimp. All seven of us enjoyed our food and my dad had a great time.

We stopped here for dinner, and the food was great. The cream of crab soup was delicious. Our waitress was very nice and the food came out promptly.

There is also a beautiful view of the Potomac River and you can easily see the 301 bridge in the background.

Seafood restaurant with a pier located a short distance off 301 in Charles County MD. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Food, drinks, and service were great. Prices are reasonable. Looking forward to returning. (Photos do not represent full portions ?)
