“Eating at Lenny’s for years living a few blocks away it’s outstanding , as I really appreciate it’s menu my favorite is Breakfast although I will often get a Reuben with fries and Lenny’s sauce it’s one of the best Reuben’s anywhere , additionally there Chefs salad is always fresh and delicious . I recommend if your in Colonial Beach do yourself a favor and visit Lenny’s as it’s a real gem”

“A great stop while traveling in the area. Freshly made and delicious. I quite enjoyed the whole cashews hot from the pan and a chicken that wasn't fried. Fresh veggies, sauce not too sweet, garlic great. The portions were neither excessive nor too small; a nice lunch. They have seating inside and also pack everything to go. Glad to have a thai tea for the road!”

“I recently dined here and i really enjoyed the food. Delicious and generous serving. The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars”

“Food was divine! My children got cheeseburgers and I got buffalo wings. I enjoyed the country decor and sitting on the porch. Our waitress was terrific! I would come back again next time!”

“This is a beautiful ice cream shop we usually stop here on our way home. There is a boat for children to play in. There are nicely painted picnic tables. There’s an outside fan to keep customers cool. I enjoy the tiki and beach themed decor and the yellow and pink theme colors. We didn’t wait long for our milkshakes, a few minutes. There is a Connect 4 game the children enjoyed. You can order milkshakes in any of the ice cream flavors which is nice. We’ll be visiting again!”

“Stopped here twice while visiting. We had Pilar on one visit and Olivia on the next one. The food was very good. Between the two visits we tried the wings,cthe pizza and Philly cheese steak and it was all delicious. The ladies took very good care of us and we would definitely recommend them.”

“Visited this morning and was blown away by how adorable, welcoming and delicious everything is! I showed up too early and was still welcomed in. I ordered a sugar free Chai and it’s delicious and the cup it’s served in is amazing! I also got the ham and cheese on baguette and it feels like I’m in France enjoying a traditional sandwich and finally I ordered the cinnamon roll and it has blown me away with its sweet, sticky cinnamon goodness! The place could not be any cuter or more inviting! I hope I get the chance to visit again before I leave and I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to shop, eat and drink!”

“The Cove has always been one of our favorite little hang outs! We enjoy taking my granddaughter every week when she’s down, but also frequenting for a latte, sweet treat, and good conversation throughout the week. We’ve especially enjoyed getting to know the new management and staff; it’s worth popping in to meet them and order a good ‘cup of joe’. The Cove also has a great selection of other drinks and a variety of food choices; some of my girls favorites are the smoothies, macaroons, gelatos, muffins, and potato cups. We are grateful to have such a gem right here on the island; hoping for a few more months of warm weather for our walks there!”

“Ended up here after several other places had closed their outside seating due to heat and we had our dog. How lucky were we that we were forced to try Scuttlebutt. The food was excellent, the beer options adequate and the service was great. The outside seating area was well shaded and they had several very large fans that kept the air moving and despite the temperature we were comfortable outside. We’re glad we came and we’ll be back.”

The Kansas City steak was perfect, the squash blossoms were incredible, and the Peruvian scallops were next level... so incredible we're still thinking about them & always have to get them when we go! Can't recommend enough.”
