Great Mac-n-cheese, brisket wasn't that bad either 😉. I definitely recommend!
Not a big rib guy but these were done perfectly. Bones slipped out of them. Sauce was good but not my style. People were very nice, and prices were pretty good. Half rack was a ton of meat. Also, it's walkup so nice setting but its picnic tables or takeout. Nice people working there, if you like ribs, give them a visit.
I decided to ride to JB Ribs after seeing a post on TikTok, so I had to check it out. I'm a rib connoisseur and these are probably the best ribs I've had.
They were juicy, seasoned so well, smoky, and cooked perfectly.
I got the family platter for $55: the full rack, a whole chicken, 2 large sides, 1 small side, and a hotdog. I'm coming back with friends, don't walk here, RUN!
