Hello, Gilligan's was great, first time here, my brother n sister in law brought as here to eat, food was very good, very nice after eating you can go injoy by the water walk on the sand, very nice place,

Place has gone downhill. Prices up, food isn’t as good as it use to be. Automatic 18% tip and they charge you 2% if you pay your bill with a debit/credit card. Neither of these are in writing on the menus they hand out. They won’t seat you unless all parties are present..Crabs ? were light and we won’t be back! Our server was pleasant and ensured we didn't need anything. That's why 3 stars given, otherwise it's a 1 star.

I always love Gilligan's Pier! The portions are great and the drinks are flowing. The best thing is the beach. You can have a drink while sticking your feet in the water. I highly recommend this surprising location!

One of my very good friends wanted to try to place out. It's called Gilligan's Pier Seafood. Their food was good but was I really love was the fact that we were outside and close to the water. We got to see the sun set because were outside. Their hush puppies are so delicious it tastes like the real hush puppies, not that breaded down stuff some restaurants give you. The drink I order initially wasn't strong at all so I asked for extra shot and that definitely did the job. This place can get real expensive real quick. And that's not including gratuities. (Tips)

Faun the waiter was so pleasant, friendly and awesome. I ordered the Seafood platter. when the food came out, the presentation was pretty and tasty too! The Band was a nice addition to the atmosphere and on top of the, the weather was gorgeous. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Service wasn’t to professional during this pandemic, waitress set another customer dirty plate on my table, served my wife a cracked cup and brought her a empty cup instead of a new drink and reached over our table while food is front of us to get cracked cup. Not to to professional. After to try on a weekend to get a better feel for the place.

I pray they hire more people. This is a fun establishment and they serve great food and drinks, however I will not be back until they hire more staff.

Decent location. We ate outside too many insects flying around landing on our food. They only had small and medium sized crabs. The crabs were all small and did not taste freshly steamed. The server was nice (nicole) however and she lacked the awareness of checking in on us to refill drinks or bring us utensils after eating our appetizers. Great beach looking set-up.

It is beautiful here. Great place to grab a drink at the bar, listen to the band play, and watch the tide roll in. The service was great and the crabs were good as was several of the appetizers. My family spent several hours here- first eating, then letting daughter play in the sand then relaxing with our feet in the water. Four stars is because of the small selection of drinks and minor things in need of updates like the menus and tablecloths.

The place seems like they want to be a tourist trap. Automatic 18% gratuity plus the waitress didn’t bring the coins from my change. Rules everywhere about how long you can stay, how if you choose to sit near flies they aren’t responsible. They also seem to take some pride in not requiring masks, which seems unnecessary. The food was fine- more expensive than others in the area. I’m happy to pay more for better atmosphere, but this wasn’t it.

I love the location of this place and the feel of it but disappointed in the wait staff. We were a party of 2 and they brought our food out ten minutes apart. After we ate we had to go to the front to check out because our waitress was nowhere to be found. It would have been a star review of not for the fact that my food was cold by the time his came out.

I loved Gillians so much, loveD. $90+ for raw gritty scallops, completely tasteless macaroni, stringy weird cole slaw, a poor poboy with basic bread. Seafood nachos that looked and tasted horrible. Also everything, even paying with a credit card is extra. I feel like I was nickeled and dimed for a meal that I could have gotten from any local carry out for $60 less and it would’ve tasted better. Now I have to go get something else to eat. To finish would be a waste of caloric intake. WHAT HAPPENED?!!!!
