Would have never known about this place if I didn’t have doctor appointments nearby and a gap in my schedule. I’ve only gotten the morning glory muffin and lattes thus far, but have never been disappointed. The muffin is always super fresh and moist. I appreciate they don’t seem to upcharge for plant milks like everywhere else you’d buy a latte from. If the building was open on weekends, I’d definitely return then as well. Love finding a hidden gem.
Cafe Sunflower has become my go to place for a scone and a matcha green tea. They are dairy free, so I don't need to worry about milk products in anything. The staff is friendly and I love lingering for a bit to talk. Recently, they have included some pre-packaged salad, sandwiches and entrees made by a new culinary group (also Sunflower Bakery program). Great food, great mission, great people. Worth the trip every time!
This place is perfect for anyone with lactose intolerance! Everything is completely dairy-free, which makes dining here stress-free. The staff is wonderful—friendly and welcoming. I also noticed the manager, Joe, who is especially pleasant and treats his team with kindness. Highly recommend!
