I'm so sad to write this review because i goto this starbucks all the time and have befriended many of the workers! My favorite part of coming into the starbucks was talking to them. However, because of new management they've all left. Literally all of them. Most of them switched to another starbucks. That says a lot. I absolutely love this starbucks! The staff was so kind. I ordered a latte but when it came out it was hot and i thought i ordered it iced. I asked them and they said i did order it hot but they would remake it. i insisted they didn’t because it was my mistake but they told me it was no big deal and made another with a big smile. the world needs more of this kindness!
