“Was in town with 2 friends for Motor Trends Drag Week visit to Cecil County Dragway tomorrow 9/18/25. This was my first time visiting the Crab House but my friends were coming for 20+ years. Our server was Kayla and I believe it was her 1st night serving by herself. Kayla did an excellent job and should be a great addition to your team. Now let me also say my food was excellent. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were HUGE, the hush puppies were awesome especially with that honey butter. My ribeye steak special was so tender and my crabcake was phenomenal with what seemed like ZERO filler. I definitely would suggest Crab House to anyone.“

“Nicole was super friendly and very helpful whenever mess up on the order they went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. I’m not really good with names, but I think it was either or cat or Kate But the atmosphere and people were super friendly to make sure the order was made right. “Honestly, my favorite Wendy’s . Probably the best one I’ve been to. I have two, maybe 3 Wendy’s closer to where I live, but this one is by far the best. It’s way cleaner and the staff is more friendly and more efficient than any other Wendy’s that I’ve been to.. They are doing things right here at the North East Wendy’s.“

“Had a minor issue with my order, calmly explained the situation to the attendant Ethan at the counter. He quickly rectified the issue and gave me an extra apple pie. Ethan kept a smile on his face and kept a good attitude even after being yelled at by a dimwitted customer (Not to Ethans fault.) will be returning in the future“

“Had the California club tonight it was fabulous!! I love the pizza burger but it’s not been at 1/2 price burger Thursday in awhile !! Bring it back please!!!“

“People that give one star are definitely holding a grudge about something personal. I have ordered several times and so have my family members and NEVER have had a complaint well i had one i wanted the rice pudding but it wasn't in the menu anymore lol. The food is fantastic and huge portions .. it's is so fresh that the other places are not even an option anymore.. The biggest factor in my 5 star is the price, even someone on a small budget could afford to eat here and have plenty of left- overs. If you have an issue with someone that has nothing to do with their business talk it out or just be done with that person dont effect their livelihood for satisfaction...not only do you hurt their business you hurt yourself..... Karma, it comes for everyone!
UPDATE...ok writing review made me hungry so I ordered dinner...just had my first uh oh..
None of my sides were in the orderthe chocolate sauce was missing from my dough balls and only a dab of powder sugar on my funnel fries that was literally covering 4 fries. I called and after i gave address n complaint she asked if i wanted to talk to manager however it's dinner time and they are busy. I really expected acall back afterwards though... didn't happeen..leaving 5 stars cause the food i got ,, the Stromboli was a 10 star.“
