I had a great customer service experience at Woody’s in North East. While my meal didn’t come out as expected, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They not only comped my meal, but also offered a replacement of my choice and even treated my two boys to ice cream.

Took my family out to celebrate and it was my first and last time visiting. Crab Imperial is my dad's favorite so that was the entire reason I choose Woody's. It was dry and had no flavor. My mom got the wedge salad and she said it was the worst wedge salad she's ever had. I got 2 crab cakes and the only flavor they had was the fried outside. My family had New Year's Eve dinner at your restaurant. We were very disappointed. The crab cakes tasted fishy, the Pepsi was flat and portions were very small. The food was over priced for the portions that you received. I was expecting food like the Woodys Bethany Beach. Someone told me that they were owned by the same people. Bethany Beach's Woodys put this one to shame. Would not recommend.
