I had a great customer service experience at Woody’s in North East. While my meal didn’t come out as expected, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They not only comped my meal, but also offered a replacement of my choice and even treated my two boys to ice cream.

Was in town with 2 friends for Motor Trends Drag Week visit to Cecil County Dragway tomorrow 9/18/25. This was my first time visiting the Crab House but my friends were coming for 20+ years. Our server was Kayla and I believe it was her 1st night serving by herself. Kayla did an excellent job and should be a great addition to your team. Now let me also say my food was excellent. I went to Woody's Crab House in North East, MD, on Saturday May 24, 2025. It was my 11th wedding anniversary. It was also, my first time going there. I am so thankful to the people that recommended Woody's. Everything was wonderful. Food was delicious and my group had Michelle as our server. She made our experience there exceptional.
