“I had a great customer service experience at Woody’s in North East. While my meal didn’t come out as expected, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They not only comped my meal, but also offered a replacement of my choice and even treated my two boys to ice cream. Our waitress, Brenda, along with the rest of the team, truly went above and beyond to make things right. Their level of care and attention turned a disappointing moment into a very positive experience. Excellent customer service all around!“

“I don’t stop at BK very often but was hungry after a baseball game last night at around 1030 and went through the drive thru. I got a chicken sandwich and it was just out of the fryer fresh and customized like I requested (add tomatoes and cheese!). My husband enjoyed his Whopper as well. The two gentleman working were very friendly and service was excellent even though it was so close to closing time. They definitely deserve some recognition for the fresh, correct food and fast and friendly service!“

“One employee was da bomb the others where in to much of a rush mafe me have missing items and no straws ketchup. Normally north east wendys is great but the dark haired young guy needs better training and reading details the lady who too my order abd fixed his mess up had the most awesome braids and diff colors in them.“

“Had the greatest experience here, the woman in the front of the store working the register is an absolute dial pleasure to engage greeted a smiled, made us feel at home not the usual McDonald’s experience. I’m accustomed too was happy to go over questions we had I don’t live in this area but I wish this was my home McDonald’s if I could give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars.“

“Oh my God when I tell y’all this food was so damn good. I wish I could’ve saved a picture for y’all, but I couldn’t and the owner was so nice. He delivered my food for me here at the truckstop Flying J definitely worth stopping I had a Philly cheesesteak and the old Bay wings and when I say it was perfected. It was perfected I’m not kidding my food didn’t last 10 minutes I think? 😂“
