“Let's give it up for Skylar, Cat, Fred, Neveah, Fred, Mary, Chris, Kendra, and everyone! A great service in North East! I try that nice Double Cheeseburger and it's comes out good! I definitely do like it, I still like the Double Cheeseburgers at McDonald's, & Wendy's!

“One employee was da bomb the others where in to much of a rush mafe me have missing items and no straws ketchup. Normally north east wendys is great but the dark haired young guy needs better training and reading details the lady who too my order abd fixed his mess up had the most awesome braids and diff colors in them.“

“Had a minor issue with my order, calmly explained the situation to the attendant Ethan at the counter. He quickly rectified the issue and gave me an extra apple pie. Ethan kept a smile on his face and kept a good attitude even after being yelled at by a dimwitted customer (Not to Ethans fault.) will be returning in the future“

“Oh my God when I tell y’all this food was so damn good. I wish I could’ve saved a picture for y’all, but I couldn’t and the owner was so nice. He delivered my food for me here at the truckstop Flying J definitely worth stopping I had a Philly cheesesteak and the old Bay wings and when I say it was perfected. It was perfected I’m not kidding my food didn’t last 10 minutes I think? 😂“

“I had a great customer service experience at Woody’s in North East. While my meal didn’t come out as expected, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They not only comped my meal, but also offered a replacement of my choice and even treated my two boys to ice cream. Our waitress, Brenda, along with the rest of the team, truly went above and beyond to make things right. Their level of care and attention turned a disappointing moment into a very positive experience. Excellent customer service all around!“
