“We allowed our young daughter choose where she wanted to eat for her birthday, and she chose Hot Pot. I asked if they had any desserts in the back so I could place her candles and sing to her. To our surprise, they brought out a special slice of cake decorated with a Teddy Graham, Skittles, M&Ms, whipped cream, chocolate, and a candle. They also presented her with a beautiful bracelet, snapped a photo, presented a lit up a signboard, and played a sweet birthday song over the speaker. They truly went above and beyond to make our little birthday girl feel special. Throughout the meal, the staff continuously refilled the food area with fresh meats and vegetables, kept our pots full of broth, and promptly cleared dirty dishes and trays. This style of dining requires a lot of work, and they handled it exceptionally well - always pleasant, attentive, and happy to answer our questions with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also have larger tables that easily accommodate bigger parties.
