I came in today and a young teenager named John took my order and made my drink. He was very well-mannered and friendly- not something you see in a lot of kids these days! I felt compelled to write a review about him after his hospitality. Please reward him in some way! I believe he was Filipino.
I come here fairly often since I live nearby. The drinks are 9 out of 10 times perfect. The biggest issue is placing an online order through the Kung Fu Tea App and when I arrive 10-15 minutes later they never actually start the order and this has happened at least...10 times in the past 2 months, not to mention I usually add tip, not sure what I'm tipping for when my order hasn't even been started and I have to point out that they have ticket for an online order. The tea was fine. They were out of sesame milk tea, regular milk tea available.The milk cap tea was sweeter than regular bubble tea.The pineapple Milk tea was good but should have been mixed up so it wasn’t hot on the bottom with ice on top.Place was dirty with plexiglass smudged so you couldn’t see the person you were ordering from well. And the floor and tables needed to be cleaned (and checkers picked up on the floor).
