Slow food times orders are always messed up. Yelling going on at someone who had a medical issue. Found out it was actually against someone i knew. Unprofessional atmosphere!!

You have to order ketchup packs to put on your burgers because they are so dry. Staff gets mad, says their burgers are not dry. No onions on burgers either. They couldn't build a hamburger if their life depended on it!!!! Their job definitely should .

Wait time for our food was uncalled for. We had to wait for our order to be placed. Then when it was finally ready, I had to ask for the sweetner that my wife wanted for her tea which she told them when the order was placed. My burger looked like it was just thrown together, the cheese and all the topping were sliding off to one side inside the box. If you can't do a proper job, shut the damn place down. I know it was Maryland but there was no sense in this!!!!! Wife ordered two things off the $3.00 menu. Was charged full price for both items. They acted like they didn’t give damn if they waited on you or not.

Brought my daughter to eat. Sat at the front for 5 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged that I was there. I do not expect top-notch service at McDonald’s but this was beyond ridiculous. There was an overweight girl in a red sweatshirt that looked at me five times and nobody came to service me. After ordering my daughters food, I pleasantly said thank you, and all she said was Yep, and rolled her eyes at me and it was all because after sitting there for five minutes I asked if anybody was going to help me. And I know nothing will be done about this, but I just wanted to be known that the customer service at this location is absolutely horrible.

If you get drive through check your order before you leave. Everytime I go here they get something wrong. Also, don't get chicken, they always over cook it.

This place has really gone down hill in the last few months. Ever since that one nice manager, the shorter diabetic girl, left, it has become like every country bumpkin McDonald’s. The kids they hire don’t want to do anything but play on their phones, and that one manager with the curly hair, glasses, and a bit on the bigger side, has a NASTY attitude.Your district obviously doesn’t care, and new blood needs to be in this place.
So slow. With the cost going up, what's the point of fast food when it takes as long as a place with table service and equal cost,!?

I don't understand how you can mess up people orders all the time when they come in there almost everyday for lunch when working... but damn this is old.. if this continues to happen and managers don't want to keep there employees doing the job right ill call corporate.
