I stopped for a late night snack. The lady taking my order was extremely patient while my app loaded. She was extremely polite and let me know they were waiting on fresh nuggets. By the time I pulled into a spot to wait, she was bringing them to me.
Every morning last week I stopped to get breakfast on my way home from work. The drive thru wasn't packed an no one was being rushed but yet my orders got messed up each time. An it was small stuff. I got a bacon egg and cheese on muffin and told them I wanted folded egg instead of the white egg they use. They messed that up. It's small stuff like that that they should definitely be able to handle. An I understand accidents happen. But to mess up a different order each morning...read full review

You have to order ketchup packs to put on your burgers because they are so dry. Staff gets mad, says their burgers are not dry. No onions on burgers either. They couldn't build a hamburger if their life depended on it!!!! Their job definitely should .
