Delicious chicken! So flavorful and moist, it didn't even need BBQ sauce. The baked beans are probably the best I have ever had. The mac & cheese and potato salad were great as well!
My husband and I came from Grafton, WV to get some delicious BBQ today (Saturday 7/6) on our way to Hill Top Fruit Market. We were not disappointed in Sweitzer's BBQ. We each got 1/3 rack of ribs, and we had potato salad and baked beans as our sides. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone amazing! Very juicy as well as fork tender. Consistency is the name of the game when enjoying a meal at Rolling Racks. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Dave and Tracey for over forty years and I’m always excited to return to Garrett County, visiting friends and family and enjoying a meal and conversation with these fine folks.
