Not enough staff. Waitress told us a sob story about she was only one working. Didn't ask if we wanted any drinks. Was rushing us. Only about 8 people in the restaurant. Also, didn't find our reservation but then said we don't really have anyone here. Was a total mess. So we under ordered and paid our tab and left. We come to the Hilton every year for Thanksgiving. This year I have to say the food was even better. It's good every year, but it was really hot and the buffet always had fresh food. The staff is always quick and attentive to your needs. The only sad thing was since 2017 when we've been here they've always had their holiday decorations out which give it a festive feel and they didn't do that this year.
Wow! Everything we tried was delicious, well presented, and generous portions. And the prices were not exorbitant. Also the server Wendy was great and they were family friendly. Highly recommended.
