You can build your own burger using the impossible burger as a base. It's pretty easily vegan. On their regular menu, there aren't many options for vegans/vegetarians. If your vegan the impossible burger is your only option.
It tasted great and the service was fast.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great local craft beer list. I had the Impossible burger with spicy pickles and gochujang sauce on a gluten-free bun. You can also build your own burger with plenty of vegan toppings and sides. It's a big space with bar seating and tables, and tucked back from Coastal Highway behind the Holiday Inn Express.
