Our local panera is dirty, run down, the bathrooms are consistently filthy, the toilet handles barely work. The food portions have gotten small and quality is inconsistent.
Our location is a resort area and see’s heavy volume. Our off season is busy with locals as well. You would think the high volume earners … would be due for renovations and kept in better shape!

First time there, ever, even to any 'local' Pinera Bread. We don't have any near by. Over an hour away! This area is definitely in need of a local Pinera bread!! loved it.

Service at the counter was criticized for being poor, with issues including a lack of coffee, a cashier who was too busy on their phone, and a malfunctioning rewards app. Despite the busy area, this location feels like stepping back into a Panera from 10 years ago, with no kiosks or pagers, which adds a nice nostalgia. Although the food was good and the staff were helpful with suggestions, the service was lacking during busy times. The manager on duty was praised for their apology and empathy when a customer's order was missing. Overall, the experience at Panera Bread was mixed, with some positive and negative aspects, but those willing to drive for breakfast and lunch found it excellent and fairly priced.
