Setup here is like many other Filas.... except one minor detail that could help move things along... taking payment when ordering from a team member outside if paying with a card. If paying cash, great do that at the window when needed. Taking all forms of payment at one window and then getting your food slows the process. That's really the only reason I give it 4 stars.
Slow drive through, cold food, milkshake was sitting inside the restaurant for 10 minutes because they forgot about our order, large fries received were half empty. 5 employees having a side conversation while 6 cars were sitting behind us

This was the second time I've placed an order here. I didn't complain the first time I like giving places a chance. But once again my meal was cold. I think for now on I will go else where
