Been here a few times — food’s okay, but the service has definitely gone downhill.
I stopped in for lunch, planning to eat and get some work done, but was completely ignored when I walked in. The cashier and (what seemed like) the manager were deep in conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. When they finally finished talking, the phone rang — and instead of taking my order, the cashier answered the call without so much as a glance in my direction.
At that point, I just left. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would’ve gone a long way.

So I ordered a Cesar wrap and they changed the Cesar from my normal how I get it. I called and let them know and they gave me a new wrap the correct way perfect as usual. Thank you so much Alfredo definitely have a loyal customer now!

I’ve been coming here for years—back before the name change—and it’s still one of my top pizza picks. They’re generous with cheese and toppings, and the flavor never misses. The white pizza is my go-to, and the thin crust is key (grew up on NJ/PHL/NY pizza, so this matters).
Their Greek salad is probably my favorite salad around here—I would literally drink the dressing 😂. And tonight I finally tried the cream of crab soup… easily one of the best I’ve ever had, and better than the dozens I’ve tried across the area and the other regions of the country I’ve lived in that have blue crab. Packed with crab meat and so much flavor. My 6-year-old even polished off a whole bowl and said, “This is going to make them rich.” Honestly, can’t argue with that lmao.

So we've actually never dined inside Luigino's, but man, we have ordered MANY times for carryout - - EVERYTHING that we've ordered has been DELICIOUS!! Our faves: Crab Dip, Calamari, Chicken Principessa, Cajun Chicken Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatballs, The Mona Lisa, Supreme Cheesesteak, Diablo Cheesesteak, Chicken Deluxe, Grilled Chicken Popeye, oh and their garlic bread. We can't wait to dine in and also try their pizza--we're pretty sure the food will be even better!

I’m from New Jersey and I think Luigiano’s is the best pizza that i’ve had since living in Maryland. The only problem I have with the pizza is how they contain their pizza when being delivered. I asked for well done extra cheese pepperoni and it’s not “well done” they put an extra cheese pizza in the box without the little white chairs to hold the pizza which causes the cheese to slide to one side. This really irritates me because it can be prevented. I love their pizza but I don’t think I will order again because this is the third time all of the cheese has slid to one side of the pizza while being delivered. The pizza is never well done when I ask for it to be well done. I attached two pizzas I had delivered.
We have gone to this place for lunch many times and also for dinner. The salads are always fresh. Their pizza and subs are great and entrees are delicious. Mary our server And her team are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and the bathrooms are always clean, that’s a big plus in my book. 👍

I got the wings with medium buffalo and boy was they spicy (for me) but they was good although I could only handle eating about 4. I also got the crab dip and it was awful, it had no crab in it, tasted like straight cream cheese and that wasn't even stirred in all the way. I paid $36 & all in all I'd say I wasted $36, would have rather ate a bowl of noodles 🍜 😤 and saved my money for all that
