The manager Rodell was very polite on the phone when I asked if the my online order that I’ve placed a week before would be available on the scheduled day & time the next day at 10am. He assured me that it will be. We were very particular with the time because our daughter’s birthday party was at 11am. When we got there the next day, it wasn’t available until 10:25am. He was very apologetic. Bang for your buck, not to mention pizzas were good especially the sausage pizza & garlic bread stix. Just keep in mind that their 10am pick-up availability is not accurate. Other than that, our experience was pleasant & highly recommend this place.“

“Normally I would give this location a 5/5 any day of the week because they are truly exceptional every time and I order here frequently. Tonight was a very different story and I'm disappointed with the service and would love for you to make it right. My order was promised by 1030pm and I waited an extra 10 mins buffer to be polite. I called after that and was told that the system sometimes says it's delivered when it hasn't been delivered yet if the timer passes like 30 mins. I was even okay with that but when the food arrived, it did not come with the soda I ordered and I was offered a different warm soda from a dirty cloth bag but it was the only one he had so I accepted it. My sub had tomato on it which I didn't order and unfortunately can't eat. My fries were room temp which was probably the most disappointing part since they typically arrive piping hot, and to add icing to the cake I didn't even get a single apology in any of this. Bolis, you can do SO MUCH BETTER and I'd hate to pick a new takeout place because of this. Not writing it off yet, but please improve from this.“

“Three Brothers is hands down our favorite Italian restaurant in the area! The lasagna is absolutely phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, everything we’ve tried from their menu has been amazing. We order from them on DoorDash several times a month, and they never disappoint. “Love you guys - always a good pizza and fast but can you please tell your drivers not to drive over our grass? We have repeatedly asked very nicely when we see them cut across the driveway and into the grass not to do it but it happens nearly every single time. It’s getting to the point so that we don’t want to get pizza delivered anymore. Please reiterate to your drivers to respect personal property.“
