“Normally I would give this location a 5/5 any day of the week because they are truly exceptional every time and I order here frequently. Tonight was a very different story and I'm disappointed with the service and would love for you to make it right. My order was promised by 1030pm and I waited an extra 10 mins buffer to be polite. I called after that and was told that the system sometimes says it's delivered when it hasn't been delivered yet if the timer passes like 30 mins. I was even okay with that but when the food arrived, it did not come with the soda I ordered and I was offered a different warm soda from a dirty cloth bag but it was the only one he had so I accepted it. My sub had tomato on it which I didn't order and unfortunately can't eat. My fries were room temp which was probably the most disappointing part since they typically arrive piping hot, and to add icing to the cake I didn't even get a single apology in any of this. Bolis, you can do SO MUCH BETTER and I'd hate to pick a new takeout place because of this. Not writing it off yet, but please improve from this.“

“My family and I have been going to this restaurant since 2019, and not once have we been disappointed with our decision. The food is always on point no matter what you get, the cheesesteak is fantastic, fries have a unique taste that blesses your mouth, and the pizza is out of this world! “Just under a month ago my husband and I had another shabby experience at the OG in Ritchie Station. I was starting to lose faith in one of my favorite Darden restaurants. We wanted to retry to have this experience again at another location which is about the same distance from our home which was in Bowie Town Centre.

A few days ago I was unsure of how to use the app so instead I called in an order. The worker named Will helped me out over the phone and careful explained recommendations/popular items without ever making me free rushed despite my call being about 10 minutes. “Anthony’s NY Pizza & Pasta House was truly a 10/10 dining experience. From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive service throughout the meal, everything was exceptional. We started with a Caesar salad and complimentary freshly baked bread with butter, which set the tone perfectly. We ordered the white pizza and the filet mignon, and both were outstanding. The pizza was cooked to perfection—the crust alone was incredible—and the flavor was on point. The wine selection was also excellent and paired well with the meal.

“Wonderful, wonderful experience! Not only did we have a good experience on Thursday night with our basketball team, but when we called again on Friday they remembered us. Commented on how well behaved our school was. We ended up ordering 15 pizzas for Friday night, they gave us 20 bucks off and carried all 15 pizzas to the car for us. We will definitely be back!
