I ordered ahead 10 min. Get to the store and drink is ready but not food. I wait as people arrive place order and get their food first. Makes no sense. What's the point of ordering ahead. Then they get the order wrong when the receipt specified what was ordered.

I’ve come here a couple of times the last several months. They have a lot of seating. WiFi is ok and food or drinks come out quickly. There’s more parking here compared to the other location. Definitely use the app for rewards

All in all, not the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The floor and counter is pretty clean, tables free of trash, and bathroom was clean enough. I don’t know the exact time when the franchise changed owners, but when it did, it was pretty obvious. Let me warn everyone that reads this… ORDER ONLINE!!! I ordered in-person this morning and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes until someone actually helped me. The catch, one of the workers was standing at the POS machine,...
