Went to lunch with my mom and really just not impressed at all. I know it's just an IHOP but still. We went on a weekday and the place was practically empty - not surprising for that time of day on a weekday. But you would think that because there weren't many customers, the place would have been cleaner. Floors were sticky. What I thought was a wet footprint was actually probably syrup because it was sticky. I walked back to the restroom and the whole way felt sticky...

8.23.25 - our server was Faith and she was excellent! She was happy and provided exceptional service! There were some customers that she had that were not the nicest and she handled it with grace. The food was like any other ihop you go to, yummy!

Not bad. Haven't eaten at IHOP in over a decade and it exceeded my expectations. I got the egg white vegi omelet and it was really good but I do wish that it were a litttle bigger. Grits with cheese were thick, gooey and tasty. The steak was well seasoned and tender. I made a few meal modification request which they easily and happily accommodated. Pleanty of parking and the service was great. It was a little chilly inside the restaurant but it was tolerable.
