My kids have been loyal, regular customers at Kung Fu Tea, but this experience was truly disappointing. When we placed our order, the staff member had earbuds in and wasn’t paying attention. We asked for 30% sugar, but the drinks were made with 100%. After just one sip, I knew something was wrong and went back to ask for a remake.
What made this worse was how it was handled. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, the two employees looked at each other, laughed, and simply put a new cover on the same drink before handing it back with a smirk. That is disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the real measure of customer service is how staff respond. A simple apology and a proper remake would have fixed the situation. Instead, we left feeling disrespected, which is especially disappointing given how often my kids come here. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to treat customers with courtesy.

Had the Thai Tea Latte Bubble tea. Thai Tea was creamy. Asked for 30% sugar so it was not too sweet. Boba (tapioca pearls) were also good.

The taro tea was on point!!! I had strawberry popping bubbles. My daughter had taro with brown sugar and mango popping bubbles. My daughters friend had the Rosenip which was like alittle sour but was good. Thanks. They were also friendly. The art was really good as well.

I was waiting to be served on the side and asked the waiter where the line was. He pointed to cashier and then proceeded to take another person order before us. I then told him we were waiting to be served and was before the young lady. he ignored us and proceeded on. I have never have been treated so disrespectful. This will be my last time going to this establishment.

Not consistent with bubbles. Once ordered a milk tea drink but the bubbles were undercooked. They should have been chewy but instead were hard in the center and undercooked. I should have asked for a refund.
I did go back after a few weeks and asked to sample the bubbles before ordering and it was cooked well that day.
