I love this place. Standard fare, hard working family putting up good food for the buck. Best value in town.
Good and tasty food, fast service.
This place has improved over the years. It is currently my favorite Chinese food place in Olney currently.

Shang Hai Restaurant offers a consistently great dining experience, with delicious food and kind service. The restaurant's crispy chicken, steak on a stick, egg rolls, beef and broccoli, and shrimp lo mein are all highly praised. The reasonably priced carryout option is a popular choice, with generous portions and an understanding staff. The owner's kindness extends to accommodating families with young children, making it a go-to spot for many. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and large portions, as well as the flavorful dishes and moist chicken. The staff is described as very kind and helpful, especially for carryout orders, as the restaurant is quite small.
