I placed an order through DoorDash during a “buy one get one free” deal, but unfortunately there was a discrepancy with my order. When I reached out to DoorDash, they weren’t willing to help or provide any compensation, which was really frustrating.
I ended up calling the restaurant directly and asked to speak with a manager. That’s when I was transferred to Leon—and I’m so glad I was. Leon completely turned the experience around. He was professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to make things right. He handled the situation quickly and made sure everything was squared away without any hassle.
The difference between DoorDash’s response and Leon’s customer service was night and day. Leon truly cares about his customers, and it shows.
If you ever visit Green Hurdle, definitely ask for Leon—he’s amazing and sets the standard for great service!

Server was attentive and friendly. Manager brought over a pup cup for our dog when greeting us and asking how everything was. Food was great.

Reasonably priced American Bar & Grill or American Casual Dining, nice specials especially the wings! The staff is pleasant and there is an option to sit at tables in the bar area and watch the big screen TV's. 🍔🥗🥤🍹
I got and found myself at one of the few Greene Turtles left in Maryland. Last Greene
Turtle I ate at was terrible. I think somebody who owns this particular Greene turtle has made very certain that the drink and food are good 👍.

Our weekly visit while shopping was a ritual. Not much else interests us for lunch, leaving us with poor or expensive lunch options.

This is another restaurant I love but I hadn't been there in 6 to 7 years since the pandemic. . This is Called The Greene Turtle . This place is in the Olney Town Village in the lower part . It has a huge parking area . As you enter in , You go through 2 doors to reach the host customer service counter . Its in from of the barista and small inducing are next to the huge dining area to the right . The barista contains all the drinks you can ever want from exotic alcoholic drinks to sodas . Behind the Barista has a concealed kitchen where they perform their magic to prepare all your favorite foods . They have a fantastic Menu to wine menus too . In the huge dining arw te room is nicely decorated even with HGTV's . The tables have the same small miniature ones . They have a fantastic Staff , But the Management needs improving when it comes to hiring people like me without Judgment and Bad Politics without seeing what we can do to be great assets to the store there . The management needs to cme diwn to a human level ten their own selfish bottom lines and give people chances and t mske the place better than it had been. They also have an outdoor porch during god warm days. I'm willing to be the better change there someday. I hope to come back there someday. If you like this place as I do , Then this place is for you . I hope they can get a karaoke there for people of all ages to increase business again . I have ideas hopefully bring communities and patrons back as it should and must be again.
