Have three ordering kiosks on, you can only order one one. The other two appear like they can be reset but seems like employees don't care. Had to wait in a long line just to order from one kiosk.

Ordered 18 mini cookies at 9 am today for a 4:10 pm pick up. They were not ready, The girl working there, barely acknowledge my presence when I walked in, and the store was empty (4:25 pm 4/28/26). They weren’t fully decorated and my kids called the cookies “an epic fail”. Super disappointed. These were a birthday treat.
