This Rita's has the best customer service. The staff indulge all kinds of crazy concoctions, no judgment. I wish they were open all year. Rita's taste best when it is 10 degrees outside. Thank you Sir for fixing the coffee custard and the young lady who knew how important it was to me????
I hope the owner reads this. The 3 stars are not for the service or ice cream. In this crisis of COVID, protocols and mandates are important. Visited here on a very recent Sunday, a man and his young daughter stood in line, both without masks. I could see most people in line were uncomfortable. When the man got to the window for service he was allowed to place and order and stay in line. That protocols are not being followed makes me not wish to come here again.
