I'll tell you, we were attending a big race at MIR and staying in an airbnb in the area. We were kinda set on BBQ but the place we were planning to eat at was a little to far. So we just picked Pinky's out of the blue and let me tell you, I'm so glad we did. We got smothered pork chops with two sides and a huge piece of carrot cake each for dessert. Large portions, awesome food, friendly people running the place, I have saved this place as if we are in the area...

Really good food, nice flavor and large portions. We had to wait like 15min but that's the price for freshly made quality food. I do wish that they had some tables inside. They should probably ask if someone wants the sauce on the po boy as it is a lil spicy but I liked it. Not pictured is the candied yams which were also very good. Glad I stopped by.
