“Hands down best food in the area”

“Five stars, no hesitation. We went on Saturday and every dish was outstanding. We ordered the Tikka Masala, the Biryani, and the Chickpea Curry, and each one was so good it stopped conversation. I actually woke up the next morning craving that Biryani. I’m now creating extra “projects” for my husband just so we have an excuse to swing by Sneades and then hop across the street for another round at Thursday. Please don’t stop making this food. It’s genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had in Calvert.”

“That nacho cheese sauce stuff is a true win. It is unfair that people get garlic sauce, spicy garlic sauce, buffalo sauce, but they never get the cheese sauce. If you're reading this, add the cheese sauce to your order. You're welcome.”

“This place is ALWAYS clean and it’s something I personally look forward to when considering repeat visits. This is a consistently delicious and welcoming business in the area that’s starved for quality restaurants and shops. The service is always notable — whether a chance meeting with the owner, or a young person who greeted me as I walked in, I always get a warm feeling about making the visit. The “Gut Buster” is my FAVORITE, and it’s well worth the price. Oh, and the cookies (for me) are a must. I prefer the Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut. Thanks, Smoothieville Team!”

“Sure, the pizza is excellent, but let's talk about the most important thing, you order online and they say it will be ready in 45 minutes. You show up 45 minutes later and your pies are hot and ready to go. Can't beat that. But seriously, the pizza is delicious.”

“I am visiting my daughter in Maryland and she took me to one of the locations. I must say I was blown away from the moment I approached the showcase. The assortment of pastries and bread will leave your mouth watering. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, willing to answer any questions. I must say this type of service and delicious treats and sandwiches will leave you coming back again and again. Did I forget to say how neat and clean the shop was. Applause to the owners and staff. “Anthony’s in Dunkirk is one of those spots that pleasantly surprises you. The food is consistently better than you’d expect, with solid portions and great flavor across the menu. It’s become a go-to when you’re craving a reliable, satisfying meal without having to head too far out of the way.

The only real downside is the noise level. When it gets busy, it can be pretty loud—definitely not the kind of place for a quiet, relaxed dinner or an easy conversation. Because of that, we don’t end up going as often as we might otherwise.

Still, the quality of the food keeps us coming back from time to time. If you don’t mind a lively atmosphere (or grab a table at an off-peak time), it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“We love Chesapeake Deli...the food is always perfect. My daughter works across the street at Herrington by the Bay & often orders carry-out. Tonight she placed an order...I picked it up for her & the cashiers were so concerned with a customer requesting a large amount of parmesan cheese that i was ignored for a while & then they failed to give me her drink. We didn’t realize it until we were almost home. Hope that man got his 6 ounces of cheese”
