“When I saw that this place was offering Indian food I was a little bit skeptical, but decided to give it a try. Ordered chicken tandoori, palak paneer, and garlic naan. The food is actually amazing - as good or better than well established restaurants in DC. Ignore the dive bar atmosphere, and enjoy the food!”

“That nacho cheese sauce stuff is a true win. It is unfair that people get garlic sauce, spicy garlic sauce, buffalo sauce, but they never get the cheese sauce. If you're reading this, add the cheese sauce to your order. You're welcome.”

“I am visiting my daughter in Maryland and she took me to one of the locations. I must say I was blown away from the moment I approached the showcase. The assortment of pastries and bread will leave your mouth watering. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, willing to answer any questions. “Hubby and I had dinner here and the food was great! Lovely atmosphere, decor, music ... small, quaint yet elegant and chic. Service was wonderful, food came fast. Hubby had the Cajun Crab and Shrimp sandwich and I had the Salmon sandwich ... both served with their delicious fries. “Sure, the pizza is excellent, but let's talk about the most important thing, you order online and they say it will be ready in 45 minutes. You show up 45 minutes later and your pies are hot and ready to go. Can't beat that. But seriously, the pizza is delicious.”

“Anthony’s in Dunkirk is one of those spots that pleasantly surprises you. The food is consistently better than you’d expect, with solid portions and great flavor across the menu. It’s become a go-to when you’re craving a reliable, satisfying meal without having to head too far out of the way.

The only real downside is the noise level. When it gets busy, it can be pretty loud—definitely not the kind of place for a quiet, relaxed dinner or an easy conversation. Because of that, we don’t end up going as often as we might otherwise.

Still, the quality of the food keeps us coming back from time to time. If you don’t mind a lively atmosphere (or grab a table at an off-peak time), it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“Deale Umai Sushi is a local favorite and one of the few places in the area to enjoy great Asian cuisine. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating the kind of warm, small-town atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

I especially recommend the Korean short ribs—they were absolutely delicious. The seaweed salad and miso soup were also excellent. The only dish I wasn’t a huge fan of was the yakisoba, as it had quite a bit more vegetables than noodles for my personal taste.

One thing that really stood out was their hospitality. They were even kind enough to stay open late to accommodate a large party I was with, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a wonderful local restaurant with great food, outstanding service, and genuinely kind people. Definitely a 5/5!”

Tonight she placed an order...I picked it up for her & the cashiers were so concerned with a customer requesting a large amount of parmesan cheese that i was ignored for a while & then they failed to give me her drink. We didn’t realize it until we were almost home. Hope that man got his 6 ounces of cheese”
