First I commend this place for limiting the number of patrons in the store at one time. Second, they were polite and respectful very close to closing. The ice cream creamy and delicious. My family enjoyed their cones. Visited from Chesapeake Virginia.
I've been to this town multiple times and never knew this hidden gem was there. Hidden off the main road shady Side Soft Serve is definitely somewhere you want to visit. The waffle cones are fresh and the soft serve was made to perfection.

I've been around for 68 years, and am somehwat of an ice cream connoisseur, and this little place sells what might be the best tasting soft serve I've ever had. I've read that there are quite a few different qualities of soft serve, I suspect Shady Side Soft Serve uses top quality.
