I would like to personally thank Jessica, the manager at this location: Tangers National Harbor. She is an excellent manager and even better person. My disabled sister lost her purse with her phone. She is non verbal and very distraught because she apparently left the purse in the bathroom. By the time we went back for it, the purse was gone. To the person that found it - Thank you so much for giving it to Jessica and thank you again Jessica! We are forever grateful!

When I first entered the store out of the rain, rather than greeting me, an employee harshly told me that I needed to walk around her friend visiting her at work to go to the cashier to order. I also witnessed an employee take a pretzel bite out of one of the buckets to be sold in the display case and eat it in front of customers.

I visited this location a few times. The pretzels are not consistent. The last time I visited was closer towards the end of the day. It wasn't closing, but it was not mid-shift. The pretzels were stale and dry so that was disappointing. Other times they have been okay, not the best compared to other AA's. The ambiance is casual and this is a take out type of deal. The staff was friendly and service was quick.

Felt like a pretzel says the famous chef Thomas. And the pretzel was pretty good. That says a lot for the famous chef Thomas who is not a big pretzel fan. However. He really enjoyed this pretzel.
This place is the worst customer service, dirty store and the pretzels are old and they refuse to cook more. I went in at around 4:30pm and they had very few pretzels. I asked if they were going to make more and they said in 15 minutes but continued to do other things. Then told me after paying to get out of their store and wait outside for the pretzels. Other individuals that were not "Black" and waiting but told my and my child I had to get out. I was completely irate with such rude service and asked to speak to the manager and the individual said I am the manager still being rude and nasty. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE and RUDE EMPLOYEES. I saw them drop pretzels on the ground and pick them back up and pretend like they did not fall. YUCK!

The young man working at 8:30 PM today was amazingly attentive to all customers that came in. The cleaning behind the counter was being done and looked thorough. The shop could use a sweep, but hey it’s an Auntie Annes in an outlet mall.

This is by far my favorite pretzel place. The almond pretzels are heavenly! ?They’re so soft and flavorful. It’s the perfect snack to have after a long shopping walk around the outlet.I recommend getting it with an ice-cold lemonade. Just perfection. ✨But sadly every time I wanna try the garlic or parmesan flavors, they’re always out of it. :(

There's nothing like getting a warm pretzel and some cool to drink. I purchased some cinnamon & sugar pretzel nuggets with the cream cheese dipping sauce so yummy. They're bite size so it's better when your walking and shopping. But let's get into this peach frozen lemonade. That was so refreshing & delicious it's really like a creamsicle but still had that tartness of the lemonade. When I saw the picture I knew I had to try it & I wasn't disappointed both was a 10/10. ENJOY
