We were here for ice at the gaylird and wanted to dinner before. There were 3 of us and we went up to the bar for a drink and food. Bartender didnt know how to make an old fashion or anything. Why are you bartending? No silverware of any sort, etc. Like if its busy just put it on the bar ahead of time in a cup. We put in the order and we waited...and waited. Two of us got our food and the one waited and waited. We double checked with the server and they forgot a person's whole meal. Like, not an appetizer the whole thing a person ordered. They told us what happened and put it in. We waited and waited and 20 minutes later nothing still. What an embarrassment, luckily this was with family and not a work related event. And when it came time to make it right they said oh we gave you a soda off the check. Not 10% off or 20% or something.

We were visiting family we are from Tennessee and they took us there 10 out of 10 recommend the food was Great the service was excellent and love the atmosphere we will definitely be back when visiting again

Great lunch at the bar. Our server, Robyn, was attentive, friendly, and professional. She has a great smile that makes you want to smile back. The food - salmon and shrimp pasta- was fabulous. The draft beer selection was stacked with great beers and IPAs. I had an ice cold Modelo while my friend had a whiskey something. All in all, I'll return for another fantastic lunch experience. The lady working the service bar was very good. The other 2 to 3 bartenders just talked to each other or walked around. Would not recommend!
Service was great but the food was horrible. Whoever was the lunch cook around 3 in the afternoon BASURA (trash) for a first timer I was very disappointed I order a burger the chili was dry as paste on it, bacon wasn’t all the way cooked overall the burger patties just didn’t look appealing.. the only good thing on my plate that was good was the fresh pickle! The bang bang shrimp was great I can’t lie. The shrimp tacos was ok … nothing to make me want to go back matter a fact if somebody was to suggest going here to eat it would be a HELL NO for me!
