The food looked like it was 2 weeks old, the honey chicken was dried out, and the pinto beans were overcooked. The lettuce was wilted. I asked for fresh lettuce, and they acted as if they didn't understand. Eventually, they got more lettuce from the refrigerator, but it was wilted as well.
The workers at this Chipotle are amazing! During our trip to DC, we stayed at a nearby hotel and ended up having dinner here twice and both times, it was fantastic. My dad still talks about how good the food was from here, and honestly, I couldn’t agree more.
Good food at a reasonable price.
My daughter and I had lunch here on Saturday and that night we had severe food poisoning. Completely ruined the volleyball tournament for which we had traveled from NY to attend.
They were supposed to close at 11 and the tables were already up, and the employees look like they were disappointed with us going at 1030
This place is a health hasard and should be closed
Had a chicken burrito here and got food poisoning for most of my weekend. Had to miss the convention I was attending..
Awful place, I do not recommend. Do not come here or you will be sick and vomit a ton.
I am never going back here and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there 🤢👎👎
Food was good but they overcharged all my meals
Got double chicken but charged me for double steak and was not able to get the difference refunded
There was allot of noise at the establishment due to an event but it feels like i am being charged for the staffs miscommunication and or purposeful upcharge
Only reason why i go here is because i live here, but by far the worst Chipotle establishment. They stop grilling early to get out exactly at 11pm, they reuse the same old guac, right now its been the same dark guac for 3 days straight, and no consistency on the flavor, your chicken or steak may or may not be seasoned. Management clearly doesn't care bc it’s the Harbor, between the tourist and the conventions they keep them making money. So if you can save yourself those 20 bucks
Rude customer service, not clean and skimping on the portions.
Came in a few days after the snow storm so maybe this was an outlier, but the burrito bowl I ordered was probably one of the blandest chipotle orders I’ve ever had.
Restaurantji Recommends
Came in during the snowstorm! Empty restaurant, all the workers relaxing in the back and they still managed to barely put chicken in my bowl. Disappointed after walking through the snow home!
Gave me a salad with barely any lettuce.
Terrrrrrible!!! I got out of my bed to come to this location before it closed, I arrived at 10:21 just for them to have the doors closed/locked & then to have a little bit of chicken left at the bottom of the pan, when I asked them to make me fresh chicken because the manager said she didn’t remember how long it had been out and that the cook had already cleaned up the kitchen for the day, which I don’t understand. Another employee lied and said they only cook online orders after 10 which is a complete LIE !!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION !!!! IM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE MANAGER AND HER BEHAVIOR
I’m staying in the harbor and wanted something quick and easy within walking distance so I thought this probably would be a good idea. They close at 11 PM and I went in at 9:15 PM and they didn’t have any chips and said they wouldn’t be making anymore. Wtf?! When I asked why they weren’t making any anymore, the girl just said I don’t know. You are open for almost another 2 hours! They weren’t out.. just didn’t want to make more.
The lady helping me seemed annoyed that I came in. I was the only one in the restaurant, guess I should have taken that as a sign to go else where.
The cashier is plain rude!
