Chipotle food is good but this one in Oxon hill is dirty and the food tastes like they are not following the recipe. I’m so disappointed with this location. No napkins, no tops and the dressing tastes like they added water in it. The cashier answer her phone right in front of me and was having a conversation. Terrible customer service.

Chipotle went above and beyond on Halloween! I decided to stop by in my Halloween outfit, and although the line was insanely long—nearly wrapping around the whole restaurant—it moved surprisingly fast. I was thrilled to discover they had a $6 entree deal for anyone in costume, which was an awesome treat. Despite the line, I waited no more than 20 minutes, thanks to the efficient staff keeping everything moving smoothly. Great service, fun vibe, and a sweet deal made it totally worth it! Definitely recommend checking out Chipotle if they run this promo again next year.

I don’t normally complain about my service here because it’s usually mediocre but it’s chipotle and it’s hard to mess up the food but today thoroughly disappointed me. I was standing in line waiting to be greeted and place my order for about 2-3 mins while two employees were standing there discussing something. I’m not sure what they were talking about but whatever happened to “hello, I’ll be with you shortly” or something to that effect? Then I get to the register and two other employees were talking and clearly not paying attention because I already asked for chips and a salad dressing. The cashier interrupted the other employee to ask me if I wanted anything else and I repeated chips, salad dressing and an apple juice. As I was pulling up my code for the chips, my order was bagged, or at least I thought. I paid for my order and went home. When I got home and opened my bag, there was no apple juice or salad dressing and my chips were stale, mind you I paid for my food a little less than an hour after they opened so I don’t understand how my chips were stale. I checked my receipt and got charged for the Apple juice so of course they offer me one free drink for the inconvenience. The service today was beyond disappointing. Go to the Clinton location or even the one in Suitland. This one is not worth the headache.

Disappointing, I ordered the barbacoa bowl and they gave me a pittance of meat, really a pittance, it looked like a vegetarian bowl, they reduced the portions but the price remains the same. I think this was my last time buying Chipotle. On the other hand, the staff at this location seem like they are a pain in the ass all the time, being nice to the customer wouldn't be bad.

I love chipotle but dang they didn’t say they had my order this was placed while ago and my boyfriend went up to the store to pick up my food and the crew members were arguing with him saying it wasn’t placed here is proof yall need better customer service i shouldn’t have to hear in the background crew members arguing with him one of the crew members walked off in the middle of him of talking to the crew member but some how my order was magically found hmm
