Chipotle Mexican Grill

I place an online order and arrived 15 min later at the store and it wasn’t ready. I waited 7 more minutes just to see how they dropped my order to the floor. They try to make it seen like nothing happened and they didn’t make my order again. They gave me the same food that they dropped to the floor. This is the WORST Chipotle i’ve been at.

And the store its really durty!!!

The chip were stale. Thought it might have been just one of those days so I gave a little grace. Weeks later order the chips again and they were stale. They are stingy with the portions of protein and ridiculously stingy with the salad dressing. They are literally putting a spoon full of dressing in cups and saying they can only give two cups per bowl. I combined the two cups into one cup and it was still less than half a cup. I know most chipotles don't fill there cups with dressing but this one is extreme. At this point they're re just wasting cups.

I had a problem at check out. I was supposed to get a free burrito but the person at the register told me that it's not free I had to pay 1/2 price. I asked when did this change. He said it's never been free I said that's not true in the meantime I'm holding up the line so I decided to just pay the half price and talk to corporate about it. The issue has not been resolved yet. I am entitled to a free burrito they took my points away at that time. So needless to say my experience was not good.

Whole order of 8 items was wrong the 1st 4 items got cold waiting for next and she was constantly telling me my was done when it clearly wasn’t!!! The worst customer service ever today!!! If you don’t wanna work don’t come

Frequent visitor at this location at my peak I'll come around 2 times a week. The portions at this location are a lot better then other nearby chipotle and the taste of the food seems to be pretty consistent the only slight issue I would note is with the workers but since it's a fast paced type of place the bad attitudes of workers barley seem to matter as long as the food is good.

I always go to this chipotle cause it near my house and have had problems there before. but a young man that was serving me today I did get his name today, he was awesome he was at the first person to start me form my order line greeted me, and did what he had to lls didn’t get his name but he had black and brown/ blonde dreads he was very professional and so was the other staff

Big fan of Chipotle and not this one. The line at this location is very interesting. I am not sure if they have more mobil orders than in-person, but I tend to stand in line for about 20 minutes no matter if it’s 6 or 20 people in line. Just an efficiency.

Customer service is very bad. Not friendly. No one smiled. It looked like doomsday in that restaurant. I asked for a fork and they said go around when there was clearly a full box of forks right in front of them that one of the guys was using earlier to put in the to go bags before they changed cashiers right as I got to the register. Just ridiculous.

Rate you're top 5 worst Chipotle restaurants this Oxon Hill, location has to be 1,2&3 in the world str8 🗑 the place opens dirty they never have what you ask for #sause most days only large cups lol this place needs a complete overhaul it's a brand killer...

I normally receive WONDERFUL customer service but now I’ll have to say this is by FAR THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER the Spanish workers are so RUDE and when you decide to ask for a manager they give you lip & tell you their no longer servicing you!!! I don’t waste my hard earned money on car gas to drive my vehicle 25mins away from my home can’t forget the 15min wait STANDING IN THE LINE to get food just to be cursed at by an MG and Manager ( who didn’t want to even give their names so I could report this ) called the police on me because I wouldn’t get out of the line… LIKE OMG I can go on HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER I’ll never go back they were very racist and wasn’t welcoming at all the managers who started the altercation all because I wanted my sour cream in the corner of my bowl & not the center of my bowl had blonde streaks heavy set big at the top & little at the bottom the other one was a older heavy set gray/black hairs with 3D glasses on !!

The line was long but it moved fast. They where very nice and my food was good and hot yall need to stop stealing fork and they seem to have a shortage bur overall this was nice
