Food is great but as for costumer service and timing employees I don’t see sense of urgency on them it’s my favorite place but 3 times I had to wait for more than 40 mins😡 I think Manager needs to put sense of urgency on this matter

Idk what happened to Chipotle but it has changed, EVERYTHING IS SO SPICY NOW, I can hardly eat it.

The beans are super spicy, the chicken, SPICY, the pico de gallo and corn have so much jalapeño in it I literally pick out as much as I can every time.

I just cant enjoy it anymore.
The time before this visit I just gave my food to someone else because of how spicy it was. This time its less but still disappointing.
I spent $18 (with fountain drink) but feels like a waste of $20! I only added extra chicken since they barely added any!!! Just a bunch of rice and beans really.

It sucks because I cant even get the kids beans, rice and chicken here, because of how spicy the beans and chicken are, idk why theres even a kids meal on the menu.

Giving up on Chipotle.
Wont come here again.

This location is TERRIBLE.
I went in the day before Thanksgiving and was disappointed by the service I received. My cousin ordered his bowl and the young lady was rushing to make it (for some weird reason). He asked for a tortilla. She made it and then gave it to another customer that was two people in front of us. I ordered a quesadilla kids meal and she balled the meat and the cheese up in the tortilla and threw it in the oven. When I got it home to my baby it looked TERRIBLE. I don't know what the hell is going on with Chipotle's all over, but they HAVE to do better.

I went to chipotle this morning, soon as they opened at 10:45. Went inside and had to wait for the workers to finish having their party and eating food before we got served. They were only 2 workers prepping and getting ready to serve.

This chipotle is TERRIBLE. Chips are always old and stale, steak is always tough and never hot or fresh, rice is clumped up, guacamole has too much salt and too much to the point u can’t even enjoy the avocado as a super food. Biggest note to make…EVERYTHING is too salty, from the guac, the rice, the chips and the different tomato salsas. Management needs to get it together.

I place an online order and arrived 15 min later at the store and it wasn’t ready. I waited 7 more minutes just to see how they dropped my order to the floor. They try to make it seen like nothing happened and they didn’t make my order again. They gave me the same food that they dropped to the floor. This is the WORST Chipotle i’ve been at.

The chip were stale. Thought it might have been just one of those days so I gave a little grace. Weeks later order the chips again and they were stale. They are stingy with the portions of protein and ridiculously stingy with the salad dressing. They are literally putting a spoon full of dressing in cups and saying they can only give two cups per bowl. I combined the two cups into one cup and it was still less than half a cup. I know most chipotles don't fill there cups with dressing but this one is extreme. At this point they're re just wasting cups.
