Best pastries in the area by far. Gerard made every cake for every event my family had for 30 years. Birthdays, weddings, graduations... what a devastating loss to the community. He will be missed. My prayers go out to his family and the employees - many of whom were long-time employees who had become his extended family. God bless you all. Tasty desserts made when ordered. Super fresh!Update 9/2023: Small bakery but makes some amazing desserts. If you’re on a diet don’t go. If you can’t stick to what you came for, don’t go. Everything I’ve had has been freshly prepared, buttery, and delightful. The croissant sandwich’s are a hearty size. The strawberry shortcake is always a must. There’s a rum cake that always had too much icing on it but I asked for it naked and I’ve never gone back. Very accommodating staff. It’s unfortunate the owner recently passed away but thank you for sharing your gift with the community.

One of my close family friends work here but i saw some of the 1 stars they dont understand that the place is full all the time but there is very little to no employees i understand that the cakes are "wet" or "dry" but people are asking for 3 layer cakes and more the workers are working over time just to please you so dont complain if your cake or whatever is late.
